Brasserie Bread - Family fun Botany

Brasserie Bread is the realization of a dream that started decades ago at Bayswater Brasserie in Kings Cross, the iconic Sydney restaurant opened by Tony Papas in 1982. In 1989 Tony was joined by Michael Klausen, and they both believed "a great Sydney dining experience was not complete without a fantastic bread accompaniment".

Brasserie Bread runs a FREE Baking Class for children on Saturdays. The class is for children between the ages of 5 and 11 with a maximum of ten children per class.

When Saturday (only)
Time 10.00am to 11.00am and 12.00pm to 1.00pm

The aim of the class is to introduce children to baking in a fun and educational environment. The children spend approximately 45 minutes inside the main Brasserie Bread bakery under the supervision of a member Brasserie Bread staff. During this time parents can watch the class through the large observation windows in the adjoining Café, or relax with the newspaper and enjoy a cup of Allpress coffee.
